Refunds will only be made if the call was made in the last 30 days &amp; you can provide evidence of the call on your phone bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are made at our standard rate of 7pence per minute &amp; will correspond with you via email. Infopool will not refund your providers charges, to complain about your providers charges contact them directly. To start your refund contact <a href=\"mailto:infopool13@gmail.com\">refunds<\/a> with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your name &amp; phone number<\/li><li>Your Address<\/li><li>A copy of your phone bill with the number you called on it<\/li><li>The time and date of the call you made<\/li><li>The number you dialled<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are made by cheque to the name on the telephone bill, Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your valid claim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are not satisfied with our service, You are welcome to request a full refund.
