Citi Developers describes the project as the world’s first Integrative Wellness Resort. The term refers to the way each part of the development is intended to support the others, from its architecture to its operational planning. The three towers contain 820 fully serviced residences, and the overall layout reflects the company’s shift toward long-term lifestyle design.
How the Design and Operations Work Together
Rather than treat wellness as an added layer, the project uses it as a guide for arranging space and programming services. Citi Developers brought in several international partners to support this structure. 1508 London and Trush Design shaped the architectural and interior plans, while Valor Hospitality and Blue Coral Concept worked on operational and experiential systems. Eden Art Gallery contributed a cultural element that aligns with the project’s emphasis on creativity as part of wellbeing.

The wellness components are placed throughout the resort in a way that encourages frequent use. Cryotherapy chambers and hydrotherapy pools sit alongside yoga and Pilates pavilions, while meditation decks are located near landscaped paths and gardens. Dining programs will focus on nutrient-rich and sustainably sourced options. The goal is to establish an environment where wellness can be part of a person’s routine, rather than reserved for specific occasions.
Long-Term Planning and Market Positioning
Citi Developers structured AMRA with long-term stability in mind. The development will operate with a resort-grade management model and includes a 70,30 payment plan that extends three years past handover. These elements are expected to provide a clear framework for residents and investors. Completion is planned for Q4 2028.
